Key responsibilities include liaising with channel activation teams to ensure accurate trafficking briefs, timely campaign trafficking, taxonomy governance, implementation of third-party tracking, and providing support to AM/AD with complex queries. The role also involves troubleshooting and escalating issues within the Digital Operations Team, along with preparing content and supporting planning teams. The role is based in Stafford, operating under flexible hybrid working arrangements.

We’re hiring for an Ad Ops Executive as part of Dentsu in Stafford. 

  

Purpose of the Role  

 

To support the Digital Operations team in running our clients’ ad technologies across our shared brands (Carat, iProspect, Dentsu X) 

  

Key Responsibilities  

 

  • Liaising with channel activation teams to check accuracy of trafficking briefs for assigned clients  

  • Accurate and timely trafficking of campaigns 

  • Taxonomy governance  

  • Implementation of 3rd party tracking and other technologies 

  • Support AM / AD with complex queries and tasks 

  • Act as the first line of troubleshooting support and know how to escalate issues within the Digital Operations Team 

  • Preparing content and supporting planning teams with any calls or meetings about Digital Operations 

 

 

Qualifications + Skills   

 

  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, with an interest in the internet and digital technologies 

  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform, CM360 beneficial 

  • Ability to communicate effectively with many different stakeholders 

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software 

  • Demonstrable time management and organisational skills, with the ability to respond to tight deadlines 

  • Ability to understand cultural nuances, adapting personal style to fit. Respects differences in culture, approach and skillset
