FRAG! is seeking Game Quality Analysts to join their team. Responsibilities include staying updated with gaming trends, understanding Quality Assurance concepts, and identifying areas for improvement in games. The role requires strong time management, the ability to follow instructions, and teamwork. The company, founded in 2013, is a full-service game studio with over 70 gamers and has developed over 40 projects. The candidate must be passionate about making games and help FRAGs market share.

Must have:

Stay updated with gaming trends and play games regularly.
Strong understanding of Quality Assurance and bug replication.
Familiarity with test management tools and white-box testing.
Ability to identify improvements and offer feedback.
Knowledge of tool-assisted testing methods.
Strong time-management skills for multiple projects.
Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks with precision.
Team player with a friendly attitude.

Good to have:

A Bachelors degree in Computer sciences or related field.
Currently studying or holding qualifications in game design.
A portfolio showcasing previous work or projects.
Experience with community feedback or game mods.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
Familiarity with defect and test case management tools.

Job Details

Requirements:

Stay up-to-date with the gaming industry by following trends and regularly playing games.
Strong understanding of Quality Assurance concepts, processes, and the ability to replicate bugs consistently.
Familiarity with industry-standard test management tools and white-box testing methodologies.
Ability to identify areas of improvement in games or applications and offer actionable, qualitative feedback based on user expectations and industry trends.
Knowledge of opportunities for tool-assisted testing (e.g., Postman-based API testing, testing within Unity editor, writing and executing automated scripts).
Strong time-management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without overlap.
Ability to follow instructions well and execute tasks with precision.
A team player with a friendly attitude who can integrate smoothly with colleagues.

Qualifications:

A Bachelors degree in Computer sciences or relevant field such as Game Design, Game Development, or a related discipline.
Currently studying or holding qualifications in game design, game development, or a related area of study.
A portfolio showcasing your previous work or projects demonstrating your skills in game design, development, or QA.
A genuine passion for video games, with experience in working on community feedback, game mods, or personal hobby projects being a strong plus.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and Google Suite for documentation, communication, and task management.
Familiarity with defect and test case management tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana, TestRail) is an advantage.
