As an HR Partner, you will be responsible for creating the company culture and managing core HR activities, working with leaders at various levels of the organization. You will be part of the supporting team in a game development studio. Your daily tasks will include leading HR projects, participating in L&D activities, analyzing business needs, proposing new solutions in people management, taking on various HR roles to support teams, cooperating with managers, improving HR processes, modifying and coordinating the employee appraisal process, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, and cooperating with the legal department.
Must Have
- At least three years of experience in the HR field.
- Good knowledge of Labor Law in Poland.
- Very good practical knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think independently and solve problems.
- Well organized and detail-oriented, works under time pressure.
- Can-do attitude.
