Job Responsibilities - Fully automate prompt/agent optimization, RAG, and fine-tuning of large models. - Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines and algorithm applications to address challenges in enterprise-level intelligent services and intelligent operations. - Explore cutting-edge algorithms and large model applications, formulating appropriate algorithms and strategies tailored to various business scenarios to solve issues related to customer satisfaction, efficiency enhancements, quality assurance, and cost management. - Deeply engage in product development projects, closely collaborating with product managers, R&D teams, and business QA to improve overall project efficiency and output.

Minimum Qualifications - Graduating in 2025, PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields. - Familiar with mainstream pre-trained models like BERT/GPT, including their basic principles and application scenarios. - Proficient in at least one programming language: Java, Python, Go; and familiar with at least one mainstream framework: PyTorch, TensorFlow. - Capable of solving problems independently with strong teamwork and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - Knowledgeable in common deep learning algorithms across one or more of the following areas: recommender systems, advertising systems, natural language processing, or computer vision. - Strong coding skills and algorithm implementation abilities, with a deep technical curiosity, self-driven attitude, and a keen interest in staying updated with industry best practices.
