Summary

The AP Accountant will handle accounts payable tasks for NetEase's Japanese subsidiary. Responsibilities include checking and recording various business settlements and employee expenses; recording payments, organizing receipts and ledgers; managing accounts payable balances and conducting monthly analysis of expense details; creating ledgers and managing contracts; and collaborating with different departments to optimize financial processes. The role requires strong accounting skills, including experience with accounts payable, and proficiency in Japanese. Experience with Chinese is a plus. The position is full-time based in the Tokyo-Shinjuku Oak Tower Office.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of corporate finance experience, preferably in accounts payable
  • Japanese (business level)
  • Japanese Certified Public Accountant Level 2 or equivalent
  • Diligent, responsible, and detail-oriented
Good to have:
  • Chinese language proficiency

3、買掛金残高管理や各種費用明細台帳の月次整理及び分析;
4、台帳作成、契約管理等その他経理関連業務;
5、ネットイースグループのルールに従い、日本現地のビジネスチームと連絡を取り、各部門と協同し、精算や財務プロセスを最適化。

応募資格:
1、大卒又は3年以上の企業財務の実務経験、買掛金勘定に関する実務経験の方が優先;
2、日商簿記2級、もしくは同じレベルの知識を持つ方;
3、ビジネス言語:日本語(ビジネスレベル以上)。中国語もできる方が優先;
4、謹厳で真面目で責任感が強い方。
