As an AR & Billing Senior Product Manager, you will lead products supporting Billing and Collections teams. You will define product vision and strategy, develop capabilities for accurate and efficient processes, and foster a culture of openness. Responsibilities include aligning products with strategic goals, understanding client needs, and translating them into measurable outcomes, leading development of key metrics, and managing team and resource optimization. You need experience with product development, finance, A/R & Billing processes, and agile methodologies. The role is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius.

The Team

Our Finance Transformation team is a dynamic and innovative group dedicated to revolutionizing our finance operations, improving user experiences, and creating tangible business value through modern solutions for Accounts Receivable and Billing.

The Role

As a AR & Billing Senior Product Manager you will lead products supporting Billing and Collections teams, playing a pivotal role in our Finance Transformation initiatives. You will define product vision and strategy, develop capabilities to build accurate and efficient processes, and foster a culture of openness across global operations.

Your role and responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Align products with strategic goals and drive long-term vision.
  • Understand client needs and market trends, translating them into measurable outcomes.
  • Execute product strategy through clear roadmaps and continuous improvement.

Performance Management:

  • Lead development of key metrics and monitor product viability.
  • Prepare comprehensive progress reviews and conduct quarterly business reviews.
  • Balance stakeholder needs, financial viability, and technical feasibility.

Team & Resource Optimization:

  • Create autonomous, cross-functional teams with shared product goals.
  • Foster innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
  • Prioritize initiatives for maximum value and optimize resource allocation.

You will need the following skills and experience:

  • Shown experience. combining product development and Finance, with emphasis on A/R & Billing processes and systems
  • At least a couple of years working as an Agile Product leader implementing agile methodologies.
  • Financial services experience and knowledge of Workday Billing and/or High Radius (preferred).
  • Strong leadership capabilities to champion teams and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Monthly base salary 4100 - 4600 EUR gross.

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.
