The RoleAs a AR & Billing Senior Product Manager you will lead products supporting Billing and Collections teams, playing a pivotal role in our Finance Transformation initiatives. You will define product vision and strategy, develop capabilities to build accurate and efficient processes, and foster a culture of openness across global operations.

Your role and responsibilities## Strategic Leadership:* Align products with strategic goals and drive long-term vision.* Understand client needs and market trends, translating them into measurable outcomes.* Execute product strategy through clear roadmaps and continuous improvement.

Performance Management:* Lead development of key metrics and monitor product viability.* Prepare comprehensive progress reviews and conduct quarterly business reviews.* Balance stakeholder needs, financial viability, and technical feasibility.

Team & Resource Optimization:* Create autonomous, cross-functional teams with shared product goals.* Foster innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.* Prioritize initiatives for maximum value and optimize resource allocation.

You will need the following skills and experience:* Shown experience. combining product development and Finance, with emphasis on A/R & Billing processes and systems* At least a couple of years working as an Agile Product leader implementing agile methodologies.* Financial services experience and knowledge of Workday Billing and/or High Radius (preferred).* Strong leadership capabilities to champion teams and ensure strategic alignment.* Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Monthly base salary 4100 - 4600 EUR gross. The final offer will be based on your experience and skills.

What happens now?This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.
