Job Summary

The Area Security Manager assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients. will drive the development and standardization of security policies and programs for safeguarding corporate business operations. This position has direct management responsibility for the delivery of effective corporate security operations and emergency/incident response. Provide support in safety, and business continuity, as well as physical security design/installation in Corporate Office.

Essential Functions

  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Facilitate, coordinate, and support the creation and execution of business continuity management, crisis management and incident response program.
  • Good command over data management with working knowledge of managing the worksheets in excel.
  • Provide input to support security design projects during construction phase and evaluating security fit-out plans.
  • Develop scheduled security related training workshop, in line with Corporate Security Program for security team and associates within Corporate Office.
  • Perform other security related duties as required or assigned by Regional Security Manager (RSM).
  • Good command over knowledge of transport management with managing the escort guards under transport security.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders during any incident and assist in incident management.
  • Coordinate with the local authorities in case situation demands in collaboration with RSM.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, And Certifications

Degree (or higher) in criminal justice, security, law enforcement, or equivalent education with eight to ten years of experience in the development of security plans, policies, trend analysis, intelligence, investigations, and security awareness training programs. Ex Armed Forces Officer with up to ten years of experience within a corporate security setting will also be considered. CPP, PSP, CISSP, CISM certification is preferred.
