Art Director

The Art Director (主美) is responsible for the overall art quality of a game project. Responsibilities include designing and implementing art styles, overseeing the artistic vision, managing and developing the art team, scheduling and prioritizing art tasks, and ensuring timely completion of art assets according to project milestones. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree or higher, 3+ years of experience as a game art director and scene production, proven experience leading a full 3D to 2D game project, and strong skills in scene concept art, modeling, texturing, and photo editing. They should be sensitive to market trends, collaborative, and highly detail-oriented.
