Job Description

The Associate, Data Management role, reporting to the HR Systems Data Management Lead, is within the Global HR Shared Services department and supports HR systems globally. Responsibilities include HR systems administration, HR case and query management, Workday systems support, UAT on both Sandbox and Production environments, data validations, organization chart updates, and report running. Additional tasks involve maintaining user guides, managing supervisory organizations, and processing lifecycle changes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR administration and knowledge of the employment lifecycle. They should possess strong communication skills, particularly in English, and be proficient in MS Office. Experience with Workday is highly desirable, and the ability to multi-task and deal with conflicting priorities is essential.

Role profile

Reporting to the HR Systems Data Management Lead and operating in the Global HR Shared Services department. Responsible for supporting HR systems globally across the LSEG and will involve day-to-day system administration for the Group’s HR systems, primarily Workday HCM but will also include benefits and other legacy HR systems. Delivers excellence in HR administration transactional services, resolve queries and provides information and systems administration support to employees.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

HR Systems Administration.

HR Case and Query Management.

Workday Systems Support, Interface Management and Systems Upgrades.

UAT on Sandbox and Production environment.

Mass Upload Data validations.

Organisation Chart updates.

Running Weekly Data cleansing reports

Maintaining Workday user guides and SOPs.

Managing and updating Workday Supervisory organisations

Processing lifecycle changes; including changes to roles, compensation, notice periods, probationary period reviews and bounty payments..

Running Workday reports for regular business reporting; including email lists for Comms (ad-hoc), weekly and monthly starter and leaver reports, monthly rapide report, monthly JML system reconciliation with Workday.

General data entry activity.

Additional activities as directed from time to time.

Other HR systems reconciliation and data audit reports from Workday.



Candidate profile / Key skills

Prior work experience as a HR Administrator and knowledge of processes for all elements of the employment lifecycle.

Knowledge in the MS Office package (Word, Excel, and Project).

Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.

Prior experience in Workday is highly desirable. It is mandatory to have experience in HR systems/platforms.

Strong skills in running HR reports from HR platforms.

Evidence of self-motivation and a proactive approach.

Great attention to detail and well organised.

Ability to multi task and rise to the challenge of large volumes of work during peak periods of HR activity and the ability to deal with conflicting priorities.

Ability to react with flexibility to ad-hoc requests.
