Job Description

This role involves following up with insurance carriers regarding incoming fund transfers (EFT/ERA). The Voice Resource will make outbound calls to confirm payment status and coordinate with internal teams for accurate posting. Key responsibilities include verifying fund transfers, following up on delayed payments, escalating unresolved issues, and maintaining detailed documentation. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette and the ability to work independently.
Must have:
  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Good to have:
  • Prior experience working in a BPO/KPO.
  • Experience working in US working hours (CST/EST etc. shifts).

WHO YOU ARE:
We are looking for a diligent and communication-savvy Voice Resource to follow up with insurance carriers regarding incoming fund transfers (EFT/ERA). The role involves making outbound calls to confirm payment status and coordinate with internal teams for accurate posting. Ideal candidates will have a basic understanding of annuity/insurance payments, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Initiate outbound calls to insurance carriers to verify Fund Transfers.
  • Follow up on delayed, missing, or incomplete fund transfers.
  • Escalate unresolved payment issues or discrepancies to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions and updates in the system.
  • Stay up to date with payer policies and payment methods.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Graduation in any discipline is a prerequisite.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
