This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual to work in real estate photography. If you have a passion for capturing stunning images, enjoy working independently, and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role could be a perfect fit for you. The position is based in San Francisco and requires occasional travel to properties in and around the area. In addition, there are some in-office responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality 3D virtual tours and photographs to support marketing efforts for industry-leading marketplaces.
  • Create a visually compelling portfolio of real estate photos to showcase homes and apartments, using advanced photography techniques.
  • Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to efficiently manage appointments and meet client needs.
  • Professionally communicate with clients, sales teams, and partners to evaluate priorities and manage tasks effectively.
  • Take ownership of the market by exploring commercial real estate and capturing necessary data, identifying new inventory, and photographing commercial properties.
  • Adhere to safety standards while safeguarding company vehicles and equipment.
  • Represent the client in a professional manner at all times.
  • Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working as a professional photographer or a recently earned degree in photography.
  • At least 2 years of professional real estate photo experience, with field experience preferred.
  • Experience with Matterport is a plus; however, we are willing to train qualified candidates.
  • Ability to capture and input data accurately.
  • Quick to learn and apply new concepts, including commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and related apps.

Requirements:

  • Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, as well as standing and walking for up to 8 hours a day.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
  • Frequent hand and arm movements to operate camera equipment and input data on tablets or laptops.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting as required to perform job functions.
  • Ability to work and drive outdoors during all seasons.
  • Willingness to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
