Tableau Specialist, Data Analysis
Location: Waltham, MA (hybrid)

SS&C Intralinks is seeking a talented and motivated Sr. Business Operations Analyst to join our Product Development team. You will report to the Senior Director of Product Development Operations and work cross-functionally with our Product, FP&A, Sales Operations and Change Management teams to help deliver actionable insights to our product management and senior leadership teams.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and other BI solutions
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and provide actionable recommendations based on findings
- Develop ROI model for new product initiatives
- Help develop and maintain data dictionary and other documentation for data models, processes, and reporting standards to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency
- Serve as a subject matter expert for all cross functional stakeholders needing timely and relevant data for their analyses
- Monitor data quality and resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies in collaboration with data engineering teams
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years of experience as a BI Analyst or Business Operations Manager, with a track record of designing and delivering impactful reporting solutions
- Experience working in a SaaS business
- Expert level in using Tableau to create dashboards and visualizations
- Expert level Excel and SQL skills for data querying and manipulation
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling principles
- Strong data optimization skills and experience working with large data sets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
