Job Description

This senior-level role requires a seasoned Avaloq Developer with proven MS Dynamics CRM integration experience. Responsibilities encompass designing, configuring, and customizing the Avaloq Core Banking System, developing and enhancing Avaloq modules and workflows, integrating Avaloq with third-party systems (especially MS Dynamics), and ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. The candidate will also customize and manage MS Dynamics CRM, aligning it with organizational needs and enhancing CRM functionalities within financial workflows. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing technical support, conducting code reviews, and optimizing system performance are key aspects. A strong understanding of banking and financial systems is highly desirable.

Avaloq scripting, parameterization, customization
MS Dynamics CRM workflows, plugins, customizations
Database management (SQL, Oracle), data integration
API and web services integration

Project description

We are seeking an experienced Avaloq Developer with MS Dynamics experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work on customizing and developing banking solutions using the Avaloq platform, while also integrating and leveraging Microsoft Dynamics to enhance customer relationship management (CRM) and business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Avaloq development, experience with MS Dynamics CRM, and a deep understanding of banking and financial systems.

Responsibilities

Avaloq Development:

Design, configure, and customize Avaloq Core Banking System according to business requirements.

Develop and enhance Avaloq modules and workflows, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and standards.

Implement Avaloq scripting, parameters, and triggers to meet functional requirements.

Perform integration of Avaloq with third-party systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Ensure seamless data flows and process automation between Avaloq and MS Dynamics.

MS Dynamics CRM Integration:

Customize, configure, and manage MS Dynamics CRM to align with organizational needs.

Develop solutions and integrations that enhance CRM functionalities within financial workflows.

Ensure optimal performance and data accuracy in MS Dynamics across various business processes.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather CRM requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Collaboration & Support:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and QA teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for both Avaloq and MS Dynamics-related issues.

Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to development standards, and document development processes.

Support testing efforts and participate in production releases.

Optimization & Maintenance:

Identify opportunities to optimize both Avaloq and MS Dynamics processes and performance.

Ensure ongoing system maintenance and upgrades, managing system patches and updates for both platforms.

Continuously monitor and improve system performance, addressing issues proactively.

Skills

Must have

Education & Certification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Knowledge and/or experience in Microsoft Dynamics

Experience:

5+ years of hands-on experience in Avaloq development.

2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Avaloq scripting, parameterization, and customization.

Strong understanding of MS Dynamics CRM, including workflows, plugins, and customizations.

Experience with database management systems (SQL, Oracle) and data integration between Avaloq and MS Dynamics.

Knowledge of APIs and web services for integrating Avaloq with external systems.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Nice to have

German language

Avaloq Certified Professional preferred.
