Job Description

The Brand Manager will support the Marketing Manager in developing commercial plans, including category strategy, new product development launches, and brand communication to boost business growth and achieve sales targets. They will develop annual marketing plans, analyze market dynamics and consumer insights, propose brand positioning and communication strategies, and manage brand communication materials. The role involves collaborating with various teams, preparing sales forecasts, monitoring sales, and managing the A&P budget. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Must have:
  • 6-8 years brand management experience in consumer electronics.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge on marketing strategy principles.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Good project and time management capabilities.
  • Acumen in financial numbers, pricing, and margin.
Good to have:

Job Description

Your role:

• Support Marketing Manager to develop commercial plan including category strategy, NPD launch, and brand communication, to accelerate business growth and achieve sales target.
• Develop annual marketing plan (ATL&BTL) with portfolio management to deliver sales target with market share gain. Lead and coordinate across functions to translate marketing strategies into implementation tactics.
• Collect and analyze market dynamic, consumer insights, and competition strategies to make recommendations to management team. Propose brand positioning, communication angles, media mix to strengthen brand equity and drive sales.
• Develop or adapt brand communication materials and ensure high quality of execution to meet brand KPIs and deadline.
• Co-work with sales team to prepare sales forecasts, monitor sales, control pricing and promotion across channels, and manage A&P budget to maximize output.
• Work cross-functionally with local/regional marketing, sales, finance, supply chain, legal to proactively come out solution and maximize business result.


You're the right fit if:

  • • 6-8 years brand management experience in consumer electronics, FMGC, trade marketing background is a plus.
    • Demonstrate working knowledge on principles and methods of marketing strategy, advertising, media buying, and promotion.
    • Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate/communicate cross functions teams, especially sales team.
    • Good project management capability and time management
    • Acumen in financial numbers, pricing, and margin.
    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
    • Independent, ability to work well under pressure, positive thinking and open-minded for the teamwork.
