AECOM's Buildings and Places team is seeking a Buildings Group Lead. This role involves leading business performance by achieving financial targets, driving key metrics, and supporting strategic growth. The successful candidate will strengthen leadership capabilities, cultivate high-performing teams, and attract top talent. Responsibilities include overseeing the project pipeline and key pursuits, collaborating with capture managers for major project wins, and fostering cross-sector and cross-regional collaboration. The role also requires staying engaged with the market and supporting project delivery.
