Job Description
As an Insight, Incubation, & Supply Senior Associate, you will be a key member of the Ads supply strategy team, responsible for data-driven problem-solving to understand business challenges and opportunities. You will transform data into actionable intelligence and contribute to shaping the supply growth for Gojek Ads, ensuring the business maintains its market leadership in Indonesia. Key responsibilities include introducing business changes through documentation, validating hypotheses with A/B testing, analyzing data to identify trends and anomalies for strategic decision-making, monitoring project milestones, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and gather feedback for product enhancements.

About The Role
As Insight, Incubation, & Supply Sr Associate, you will be an integral player in the overall Ads supply strategy team. You'll take full ownership of answering the why and the what through data-driven problem solving. If you are passionate about shapping data into actionable intelligence and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the supply growth for Gojek Ads. You'll have a direct impact on ensuring the business maintains its market leadership in Indonesia.
What You Will Do
- Learn to introduce beneficial business changes through well-written document; validate the hypotheses through A/B test or other robust experimentation method
- Analyze various data points, detect anomalies and spot trends to drive business and strategic decision-making on supply initiatives
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to maintain alignment with the planned schedule
- Support and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow, update relevant changes and address any operational issues
- Gather feedback related to ads supply that can help improve merchant business by product enhancements
What You Will Need
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience
- Has end to end the problem-solving mindset that can work well with stakeholders
- Comfortable analyzing large amounts of raw data and able to communicate the insights to a wider audience
- Having capability in SQL
- A proactive team-player who can work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong project management skills to manage complex projects and to prioritize and effectively collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Open to acquiring new skills and taking on diverse projects

Our team plays a crucial role in helping merchants grow their businesses through ads solutions, and in scaling Gojek’s revenue. On a day-to-day basis, we try to understand various merchants’ needs - from large fast food restaurants to small UMKM merchants, and then design personalized and impactful ad solutions for them.
