About Global Payment The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. Responsibilities - As the business leader, develop the overall business strategy, business goals, and drive implementation; - Provide payment solutions for ByteDance's global business, including: Advertising, TikTok Live, E-commerce, Games, etc., to promote business development; - Maintain good communication and cooperation with global partners and regulatory agencies to promote economic development; - Responsible for the organization and team management of international payment business. - Understand the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, regulatory changes, etc., seize the opportunity, and lead business success.

Minimum Qualifications： - Master's degree or above, with a major in computer science, business administration, or finance. - Strong relevant industry background in the payment or fintech industry. - Deep understanding of compliance requirements across all regions, with pragmatic mindset capable of navigating complex regulatory challenges. - Strong leadership skill in leading a diverse team of senior management professionals towards rapid business growth. - Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders - Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to communicate complex technical issues to diverse audiences. Preferred Qualifications: - At least 5 years industry experience from direct payments or fintech, with strong business sense and domain knowledge. - At least 5 years of senior leadership role in a multinational organization, with a strong ability to lead cross regional teams. - Ability to communicate complex matters in a simple and clear manner. - Positive and optimistic, strong sense of responsibility, self-driven, and attention to details. - Strong critical and strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and resilience under pressure.
