Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business unit goals and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of media professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention through effective communication and service delivery.
  • Oversee the development and execution of media campaigns, ensuring they meet client expectations and deliver measurable results.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated and cohesive media strategies.
  • Drive new business development efforts, identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the business unit’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, incorporating best practices into the business unit’s operations.
  • Report on the business unit’s performance to senior management, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.
