The purpose of this role is to provide support to the senior team, taking responsibility for all administrative tasks within the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and to plan.

Job Description:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop data-driven digital strategies and plans with reasonable findings from: Client brief, Competitor tracking, Audience analysis, Media approach, Media implementation, Budget & KPIs

  • Acts as the point of contact to all day-to-day operational inquiries while building trust and maintaining strong relationships with clients

  • Works with cross functional teams including Creative, Performance & Trading / Buying to ensure strategic & deployable plan & translate strategic vision into tactical solutions to ensure the performance of campaign

  • Campaign Reporting & Analysis

  • Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

Requirement:

  • Minimum 3.5 years experience in digital media planning and execution

  • Strong client-facing & communication skills

  • Understanding of digital media ads platform (i.e., DV360, Google, Meta, TikTok,…) & tracking platform (i.e., CM360, Sizmek,…)

  • Be fluent in market & audience research tool (i.e., Euromonitor, GWI,…)

  • English Good command of spoken & written English and Vietnamese is a must

  • Detail-oriented, data-driven & solution-driven mindset

  • Responsive & able to work in high pressure environment and resolve client issues in high speed

  • Able to work collaboratively across teams
