ABOUT THE TEAM
- Our New game division’s mission is to create new hit hybrid casual music games that make interacting with music fun and a part of everyone's daily life.
- This division is responsible for coming up with ideas, developing new games through in-house game development or collaboration with partners, then publishing and continuously improving the marketability and product performance of the games until they meet the company benchmarks for transferring to operation phases.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Technical Leadership:
- Define the technical vision, architecture, and standards for hybrid casual game development.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and efficient workflows.
- Review code and provide feedback to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Game Development:
- Oversee the implementation of gameplay systems, user interfaces, and backend features.
- Collaborate with designers and artists to ensure smooth integration of assets and mechanics.
- Lead performance optimization efforts to deliver seamless gameplay across multiple platforms.
- Project Management:
- Work closely with the Product Lead, Product Owner and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Manage resource allocation, development timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Innovation & Problem Solving:
- Research and implement cutting-edge technologies and tools to enhance the development pipeline.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
