Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our games align with Hacksaw’s creative vision and meet the expectations of our customers, players and stakeholders. As the bridge between game design and development, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the creative direction for multiple games in our development portfolio.

Responsibilities:

* Define and communicate the product vision for each game, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
* Prioritize game features and ensure they contribute to a cohesive player experience.
* Collaborate closely with game designers, developers, and artists to bring the creative vision to life.
* Drive the end-to-end development of multiple slot games, from concept through to launch.
* Analyze feedback to make informed decisions and iterate on existing products and mechanics.
* Maintain a deep understanding of the gaming market, player preferences, and competitor offerings to guide product innovation.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within the gaming industry, ideally with a focus on slot games or casino products.
* Strong understanding of game development processes, including design, art, and software engineering.
* Good sense of what makes a game feel polished and a good eye for timing and the finishing touches that creates a triple-A experience
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas to different teams and stakeholders.
* Passion for games and a keen sense of what makes an engaging and successful player experience.
