Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Paid Search Director, you will create impact within our Paid Media Capability. We take pride in our global client portfolio and our proprietary technology setting us apart in the industry.

You'll manage the strategy and performance of assigned client accounts, focusing on innovation and meeting their targets

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Activate campaigns with Google Ads (search, shopping, display and video) or Microsoft Ads.
  • Run daily account optimisation and growth.
  • Produce performance reports and communicate its findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Guide search innovation and testing initiatives.
  • Support in Quarterly Business Reviews with the client.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Search campaigns. In particular, Google Ads (search, shopping, display and video) or Microsoft Ads (Bing).
  • At least one year of experience in an agency environment managing large budgets for a client.
  • You can maintain complex spreadsheets in Excel and process large amounts of data.
  • You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
  • You seek and implement solutions to refine and automate processes.
  • You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.

  • Analytics & Reporting - You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
  • Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
