The Campus Recruiting Coordinator will join the Campus Recruiting team to identify, interview, and hire interns and new graduates. The role involves maintaining the applicant tracking system, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and managing recruiting tools. The coordinator will also assist in planning and running the internship program, emphasizing organization, attention to detail, and a people-first approach to recruitment. The aim is to create welcoming experiences for potential hires.
Must have:
  • 0-3 years of professional recruiting experience preferred.
  • Able to communicate clearly with colleagues and candidates.
  • Self-starter who can stay organized and handle priorities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Willing to travel to campus events and conferences.

About the Position

We are looking for recruiting coordinators to join our tight-knit Campus Recruiting team as we identify, interview, and hire outstanding interns and new grads.

Hiring the right people is one of the most important parts of our business. We have developed a dynamic recruitment strategy and engaging interview process to find and hire some of the best and brightest new talent from all corners of the world.

You'll work alongside our seasoned team to learn how we create an incredible candidate experience from start to finish. Organized, enthusiastic new or recent graduates who are eager to solve interesting problems, roll up their sleeves, and jump into new challenges are the kind of candidates who will do well in this role. 

Your daily work will involve keeping our applicant tracking system updated, scheduling interviews, coordinating live interviews as they happen, and helping us manage some of our other recruiting tools and platforms. You will also be involved in helping to plan, improve, and run our internship program.

Our ability to get the little things right is what drives our success. We are looking for someone organized with excellent attention to detail, who also understands the importance of putting people first and maintaining the human element of recruiting. We take an extremely thoughtful approach to recruitment – aiming to be approachable, helpful, and responsive. About You

  • 0-3 years of professional recruiting experience or a relevant recruiting/HR internship preferred
  • Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, candidates, and external partners
  • Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
  • Self-starter who can stay organized and handle competing priorities
  • Have a meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Approachable team player with a no-job-too-small attitude
  • Appreciate the importance of “getting the little things right"
  • Humble about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help
  • Interested in the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
  • Willing to travel to campus events and conferences as needed
  • No financial industry experience required
