The Client Service Analyst plays a crucial role in connecting business objectives with technological solutions. The responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, designing and maintaining PowerBI dashboards, performing data analysis, identifying trends, creating data visualizations, conducting data quality checks, presenting findings, and collaborating with IT teams. The candidate should have a proven experience in Business Analyst with creating PowerBI dashboards.
Must have:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerBI and demonstrated expertise in creating dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, SQL, and data visualization.
  • Excellent analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Details

Location - Gurugram (On Site)

Client Service Analyst plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technological solutions. They analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive business growth and efficiency. With strong analytical skills and business acumen, they collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and optimize processes. Client Service Analyst are instrumental in making informed decisions, improving operational performance, and delivering value to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements for data analysis and reporting.

  • Design, develop, and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and support decision-making. Perform data analysis, data modeling, and data cleansing to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to uncover business opportunities and challenges.

  • Create and automate data visualizations, KPIs, and performance metrics dashboards using PowerBI.

  • Conduct regular data quality checks and troubleshoot data-related issues as needed.

  • Present findings, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data sources, optimize data infrastructure, and ensure data governance and security.

  • Provide training and support to end users on using PowerBI dashboards effectively.

Further we are looking for a candidate with the following professional competencies:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience.

  • Strong proficiency in PowerBI and demonstrated expertise in creating interactive and insightful dashboards.

  • Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, SQL, and data visualization best practices.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to follow clear guidelines and to ensure adherence to all compliance policies and procedure
