Job Description

As a Client Engagement Manager at YouGov, you will build relationships with clients and ensure they leverage market intelligence. You will manage a client portfolio, forecast key metrics, and understand client goals. You will liaise with internal teams to enhance customer experience and identify new opportunities. You will handle client feedback to ensure satisfaction. You will also be responsible for driving growth and helping shape the future of market intelligence. This role requires a client-first mentality, strong communication skills, and a focus on results. You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships and delivering business impact.

You will be a strategic partner to our clients, helping them succeed while boosting YouGov’s growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a client portfolio to drive growth, profitability, and long-term engagement.

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.

  • Forecast and track key metrics such as quarterly sales results, revenue growth, renewal and retention rates.

  • Understand client goals and ensure the timely, high-quality delivery of solutions that meet their business objectives.

  • Liaise with internal teams, including Customer Service, Research, and Product Development, to continuously enhance the customer experience.

  • Proactively identify new opportunities to expand relationships and increase account value.

  • Handle client feedback, requests, and escalations with diplomacy and urgency to ensure satisfaction and retention.
