The Product Manager will lead the development and growth of FICO Platform’s social network analysis capabilities. This role involves defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for social network analysis tools, conducting market research, gathering customer insights, collaborating with engineering and data science teams to develop features, defining performance metrics, collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams, and managing stakeholders. The goal is to enable Platform customers to unlock the value of social network and link analytics. The product manager will be responsible for influencer identification, community detection, sentiment analysis, and network visualization.

The Opportunity


“We are seeking a skilled and innovative Product Manager to lead the development and growth of FICO Platform’s social network analysis capabilities. This role combines product management expertise with a deep understanding of social network analysis, data insights, and user behavior. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, build, and deliver solutions that enable our Platform customers to unlock the value of social network and link analytics.” – Hiring Manager

What You’ll Contribute

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for social network analysis tools and features, aligned with business objectives and market needs.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about trends in social network analysis, graph theory, and data visualization to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and prioritize customer requirements through interviews, surveys, and analysis of user behavior.
  • Feature Development: Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design and deliver features such as influencer identification, community detection, sentiment analysis, and network visualization.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, such as user engagement, adoption rates, and ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, updates, and performance to internal and external stakeholders.

What We’re Seeking

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on social network analytics and/or link analytics.
  • Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling in social network contexts.
  • Proven success in launching data-driven products or tools.
  • Experience with large scale data analysis.
  • Understanding of social network analysis methodologies, graph databases, and visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and frameworks.

  • Leadership: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to align diverse teams toward a common goal.
