Scopely is looking for a Client Engineer to join our Star Trek Fleet Command team in Shanghai.

Star Trek Fleet Command's ongoing success goes from strength to strength. Our in-house developed 4X MMO was launched in 2018 and continues to evolve, being consistently one of the top 10 gross revenue Massive Multiplayer Strategy games on the market.
What You Will Do
Work with our SLG mobile games using Unity (for multiple platforms) played by millions of daily players
Collaborate with our Publishing Partners as well with our central Technology Teams in Europe and in the USA
Come up with ways to improve the game, working with other engineers to implement these improvements
Be part of the on-call schedule to support our publishing partner with urgent issues
Implement features and changes needed to make STFC successful in China
Fix bugs and crashes
What We’re Looking For
At least 3 years of game client development experience, and 1+ years of experience in developing games using Unity
Competency with C# and basic data structure and algorithm knowledge
Be a gamer
Ability to understand player experience and to recommend improvements
Bonus Points:
F2P mobile game development experience
Experience with iOS and/or Android
Knowledge of other game engines like Cocos or Unreal
An interest in Star Trek
