We are working on an unannounced, multi-platform third-person shooter in a realistic setting. The project is large-scale and ambitious both from a graphics and game design point of view and from the technical perspective.
The position involves interacting with the Art Director and managing a Concept Art team of 5+ specialists who create characters, environments, props, and other assets for the game. You will work on improving the visual component of the game and raising the technical level of the team.
Creating Environment Concept Art
Managing the internal Concept Art team: distributing tasks, monitoring deadlines and quality of work, providing feedback and improving the technical level of the team
Cooperating with freelancers
Setting up work pipeline in the team to optimize processes
Directly interacting with Art Director, as well as with the 3D Environment Art, Level Art, Technical Art, and Level Design teams
3+ years of work experience as a Concept Artist
At least one year of experience in managing a team
Knowledge of tool and program basics for creating concept art at a high level
Fluency in Ukrainian
English language skills at the intermediate level or higher
Ability to create not only Environment Concept Art, but also other types of concepts (characters, outfit, props, etc.)
Knowledge of any 3D graphics software
Experience in developing shooters
Experience in mobile gaming
