Consulting Manager in Benchmarking and Sourcing Strategy

Position Overview
Being part of an experienced advisory team focused on business development and helping clients to achieve operational excellence in their digital transformation journey.

Role & Responsibilities
- Your deep knowledge in the area of IT transformation will enable you to help our customers innovate their business models and drive their application modernization and rationalization strategy.
- You will develop IT roadmaps, target operating models and business cases to implement emerging technologies supporting digital business transformations and shape the future role of the IT department.
- You will be responsible for delivering and validating high quality architectural solutions and migration scenarios to support sourcing scenarios.
- You will provide market/best practice insights in benchmarking and performance assessments, sourcing, cloud platforms, application portfolio harmonization and experience with the implementation/adoption of key solutions.
- You will conduct benchmarks and sourcing transactions with the leading IT service and cloud providers.
- Role Model and Career – You are key player in building up the application community within ISG.
Required Skillsets
- 5 years+ of professional experience in a comparable position in the consulting or service industry.
- 5 years+ delivery management experience, including managing projects/products and teams, successful client relationship management, and multi-project/product oversight.
- Broad IT solution, sourcing and architecture competence especially in IT transformation and/or cloud migration.
- Experience in large system integration projects from consulting organizations.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance vertical
- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms to all levels of management including senior leaders.
- Business development and practice development experience.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge with MS-Office suite of software applications and tools, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, MS-Outlook.
- ITIL Foundation V4 Qualification desirable
- Fluent in English
Education:
- Master degree in a technical or scientific or business field (Ecole d’Ingénieur or Ecole de Commerce)
- MBA/MS or other advanced degree(s)
Place :
- Job based in Boulogne-Billancourt, with 2 days per week of home working
- Up to 25% - 50% travel required
