About Kulfi Collective

Kulfi Collective is a modern media network that functions at the intersection of content, community and culture. Kulfi brings together talent, tech and data to create and distribute muti-format, multi-platform content for GenY and GenZ audiences in India and across the world. Kulfi operates through three verticals - Supari Studios (brand solutions), Post Office (immersive & digital experiences) and Keeda Media (original IPs). 

Over the last ten years, Kulfi has produced more than 10,000 minutes of content that has been viewed over two billion times online for some of the most ambitious brands and platforms in the world such as Red Bull, Google, Audible, Netflix, Tinder, Spotify and Flipkart among others.

As the Always-On Creative Associate, you will be responsible for building out creatives for the brand’s social media, writing captions, planning posts, reels, and communications and posting content on their social channels. 

A day in the life of a Creative Associate

• Manage content creation and calendar for all key social media channels - creative thinking, writing 
• Take ownership to schedule the content and post basis the predetermined timeline.
• Maintaining trackers for WIP pieces and live pieces.
• Keep up to date on all social media trends and platforms.
• Manage communications with multiple stakeholders.
• Monitor brand mentions and engage with the audience to maintain a positive online reputation.
• Plan and execute social media coverage for events, product launches, and campaigns.
• Writing copy and captions for all social media posts - video and static.
  
  

Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase

• 1-2 years of experience working in the Social and Digital space, creating & managing content on social & other marketing channels
• Experience working with copy, creative, production and tech partners
• Curious about emerging content formats
• Passionate and a consumer of social media, loves trend spotting
• Attention to detail. You’re vigilant in your quality checks to make sure the posts are landing as planned
• Knowledge of Google Suite and social media platforms.
• Ability to multitask and have excellent organisational skills.
• Able to work positively in a fast-paced, changing environment
