Creative Gameplay Programmer

As part of the establishment of a new team dedicated to preparing future productions, Evil Empire is recruiting a gameplay developer specializing in the rapid prototyping of game mechanics. You will work to quickly test gameplay ideas, while maintaining their clarity and playful potential, in tandem with a dedicated Game Artist and under the direction of the Creative Director. You will be responsible for implementing functional, understandable, and relevant gameplay prototypes. You will simplify the mechanics as much as possible without betraying the design intent. You'll also take care of the UX, visual and sound feedback, and the readability of interactions. You will react quickly to iterations and welcome each evolution as an opportunity to strengthen our ideas, refine our vision, and progress together, presenting the prototypes to the team clearly and with perspective.
