Creative Services Manager

We’re seeking a Creative Operations Manager for a fully remote, full-time direct hire opportunity with a well-known beauty brand. This role offers a competitive salary of $115,000–$125,000 and the chance to shape standout creative campaigns across digital and print platforms.

As the Creative Operations Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team in producing impactful, on-brand assets for both DTC and retail marketing. You'll oversee the full creative lifecycle—from concept development through production—ensuring brand consistency, timely delivery, and high-quality execution across a variety of channels including web, packaging, social, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Creative Services Team in developing compelling assets for DTC and retail marketing initiatives.

• Oversee creative development across digital, print, packaging, web, and social media channels.

• Assign and manage workloads for internal team members and external partners.

• Facilitate concept development, mood boards, and brainstorming for new marketing campaigns.

• Guide creative projects from ideation to production while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.

• Manage vendor relationships including contractor selection, budget negotiation, and photoshoot oversight.

• Maintain clear project timelines, budgets, and communication; develop SOPs and use project management tools effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic/digital design, with a strong focus on direct-to-consumer and performance-driven creative.

• At least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within a creative or agency setting.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) with a strong understanding of core design principles.

• Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management tools.

• Strong knowledge of pre-press and production workflows, especially for packaging and print.

• Proven experience managing photoshoots, creative vendors, and the end-to-end creative asset process.

• Highly organized and proactive, with excellent project management, budgeting, and communication skills.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse, high-quality creative work across static and digital media.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard CST business hours
