Job Description

The Creator Manager will be responsible for driving creator engagement, managing relationships with creators, and implementing innovative strategies to promote the company's games. The role involves developing and executing organic content creator programs, leading paid content creator campaigns, and fostering relationships within the gaming community. Key responsibilities include outreach to creators, campaign performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and development teams. The ideal candidate should have experience with AAA titles.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer/content creator marketing within the gaming industry.
  • Proven experience in executing creator campaigns for AAA titles (organic and paid).
  • A strong network of gaming influencers with successful partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of content trends across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing high-profile creator relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to track and analyze performance data to improve creator engagement.
Good to have:
  • Experience leading large-scale, multi-channel campaigns for AAA titles.
  • A proven track record of creative, outside-the-box thinking in influencer marketing.
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory considerations in digital media.
  • Fluency in an additional language such as Spanish or German is a plus.

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Content Creator Manager to support both organic and paid creator initiatives for our upcoming AAA action-adventure title, MindsEye, and other studio projects.

As part of the Content Creator team, you will play a pivotal role in driving creator engagement, managing creator relationships, and executing innovative strategies to promote our games across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a deep network of creators in the gaming space, a proven track record of executing creative stunts, and the ability to lead both organic and paid creator efforts. You will collaborate closely with our publishing partner, IOI Partners, and work across platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and emerging channels to grow our presence.



Key Responsibilities

Organic Content Creator Program:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and scale the organic content creator program, doubling active creator participation and fostering long-term relationships with top-tier creators.
  • Lead outreach efforts to engage creators, ensuring content aligns with the brand’s goals and vision.
  • Review, approve, and provide feedback on content submissions across all campaigns and initiatives.
  • Build and execute creative stunts and campaigns to generate buzz and maintain excitement around the title.
  • Analyze program performance and engagement data to refine strategies, enhance creator retention, and optimize overall program impact.
Paid Content Creator Campaigns:
  • Identify, activate, and negotiate with key content creators for paid influencer campaigns.
  • Oversee content approvals, ensuring campaigns align with briefs, guidelines, and brand messaging.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize future creator partnerships and improve ROI.
  • Manage all logistics related to paid creator campaigns, from outreach and contract negotiation to campaign execution and reporting.
Creator Relations & Network Expansion:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with a diverse network of creators, including YouTubers, streamers, and influencers in the gaming space.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen the creator community by organizing events, stunts, and activations that engage both creators and their audiences.
  • Develop a strong creator advocacy program, ensuring that creators feel valued and empowered to champion MindsEye within their communities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing, community, and development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and creator-driven strategies that align with product goals.
  • Partner with publishing and other studio teams to coordinate marketing efforts and influencer-led activations in alignment with major product milestones and launch phases.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer/content creator marketing, community engagement, or digital campaign management within the gaming industry.
  • Proven experience in working with AAA titles, including the development and execution of creator campaigns (both organic and paid).
  • A strong network of gaming influencers and creators with a track record of successful partnerships, stunts, and activations.
  • Deep understanding of content trends across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and other emerging platforms in the gaming space.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing high-profile creator relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to track and analyze performance data to continually improve creator engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications:
