The Senior Business Development Manager will lead all business development efforts within the LATAM region. This includes developing and implementing business development strategies and activities for clients and key accounts. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, including regional and global Institutional teams, product and engineering teams, and Legal & Compliance teams. The manager will proactively seek out and engage with potential LATAM Trading Firms, Financial Institutions, Key accounts, Partners and Advanced Traders for client acquisition, expansion, and revenue growth of the OKX platform and products in the region. This role requires identifying sales opportunities, developing client profiles, and closing high-value deals. The candidate must have a strong understanding of the regional territory and build a high-value sales pipeline.
