The Senior Business Development Manager will lead all business development efforts within the LATAM region, including creating and implementing business development strategies and activities for clients and key accounts. They will work closely with various stakeholders, including regional and global Institutional teams, product and engineering teams, and Legal & Compliance teams. The BD Manager is expected to proactively seek out and engage closely with potential LATAM Trading Firms / Financial Institutions / Key accounts / Partners and Advanced Traders for client acquisition, expansion, and revenue growth of the OKX platform and products in the region. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include supporting the Global Institution Team, developing client profiles, and evaluating new revenue streams.
