As a Senior Business Development Manager for the LATAM region, you will lead business development efforts, creating and implementing strategies for clients and key accounts. You will collaborate with various teams, including regional and global Institutional teams, product, engineering, and Legal & Compliance. Your responsibilities include identifying and driving institutional sales opportunities, building a strong pipeline through sourcing and converting leads, developing client profiling, defining new revenue streams, and closing high-value deals. Additionally, you will ensure client standing and provide feedback on service and product offerings. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.
