Techno Functional role with expertise in both product Technical expertise and Functional working 6-8 yrs of relevant experience and Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science or equivalent experience, plus professional certificates.
-Experienced IT Professional performing as independent contributor that participates in functions such as design, development and implementation of application systems.
-Must have experience in Ms Dynamics sales module, service module.
- Responsible for building customizations, and workflows, handles any post-implementation issues, service requests, and provided ongoing support for Dynamics CRM platform
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.
- Implement solutions and recommend improvements.
-Understand, practice and guide the team on Best Practices and Dynamics CRM Coding Standards.
- Candidate should have experience in designing the solution in any of 2 DCRM Apps.
- Sales, Service, Marketing, Contact Centre.
- Work with PO/ Business Analyst to groom and refine the Dynamics CRM product backlog.
- Translate business requirements into technology solution on Dynamics CRM suite of products that includes Design & Architect on o Data Model o Sharing & Visibility o Security o Using Out-of-Box (OOB) features Vs. Custom Development Vs. 3rd Party products o Integration with Backend / 3rd Party Products & Systems o Single Sign-On (SSO) o Handling Large Data Volume (LDV) Provide technical guidance during development of the solution to the development team Hans on Knowledge and Experience in Power Platform Environments, Power Platform License, other 3rd party Data Sources (non -CDS), Connectors, DLP Policies, Power Platform Core Framework, Reusable components, Security Roles, etc.
-Hands-on experience in developing Power Automate to support Backend jobs, bulk updates to dataverse, connection to SharePoint, 0365. Etc.
-Good to have working experience on Canvas and Model-Driven app.
-Strong Knowledge about Microsoft Azure , Office 365 (Azure AD, Groups, SharePoint, One drive, etc.) AWS will be a plus. Along with Authentical protocols like OAuth, Client Credential Flow, App Registration in Azure, etc. will be a added advantage to adapt to the environment.
Great understanding of governance and architect experience, deep understanding of the Power Platform Limits, Pros & Cons, known Issues, delegation, nested galleries, performance issue and should have developed a commanding knowledge to come up with a workaround. DCRM Certifications.
- Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration, Dynamic 365 Customer insight, Dynamics Basic Fundamentals, Power Platform Developer Associate Experience working in Agile and Story writing, use cases writing etc.
Required experience and defined responsibilities: -
Experienced with Agile methodology of project development while analyzing requirements, defining/writing user stories, prioritizing backlog, etc.
- Writing individual stories that are very clear and concise and are easy to understand and implement by the development team.
- Analyzing a broadly-defined area and using functional decomposition to define high-level epics and stories to create a well-organized, value-driven framework to provide the required business value in the Product Backlog.
- Identifying related user stories and epics, grouping them into themes as necessary and documenting the interrelationship and associated business process flows as necessary.
- Responsible to coordinate with product owner/manager to gather, analyze, document, and validate the requirements for the development teams at multiple locations.
- The business analyst serves as the principal conduit for managing system requirements between the business and the software development team throughout the duration of a project.
- He/she should be able to add value to business and the process and should not be just an intermediary between the development team and the business users and other stakeholders.
- Overall, knowledge of Sales, service and Marketing cloud is required with Microsoft Dynamics Admin capabilities.
The preferred candidate should possess the following:
- Minimum of 6 years' experience .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- A team player who works well with technical and business stakeholders, across various time zone.
- Ensure full business engagement with the technical team throughout the Agile development process.
