As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you'll be the face of the brand, delivering vehicles directly to customers' homes or workplaces. Responsibilities include ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience, from delivery to follow-up; familiarizing customers with their new vehicles; addressing questions and concerns; coordinating with other specialists; managing delivery schedules; and providing feedback to improve processes. You'll work closely with a sales, service, and delivery team, requiring flexibility and a team-oriented approach to meet sales and delivery targets. The role requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and a passion for Tesla's mission. Part-time with a potential for full-time opportunity.
