Ad Ops has their feet in both business & operational areas and learns to think about things from both perspectives, giving them a unique, consultative strength. The team has a key seat at the table from a strategic perspective and given the unique strength we possess; we are the people that really make a difference in the operational world. 

Brief Description: Demand Ad-Operations is a part of the Ad Operations team that takes care of all operations on the exchange and demand front. Team is responsible for monitoring and actioning all things Ad quality, support ad security & ad verification solutions, create deals and involve in trafficking activities for programmatic world. With access to surplus data our experts turn raw data into actionable insights. Also, understanding the overt & underlying needs, we liaise with tech/Engg teams to solve for operational efficiencies. We strive to understand bespoken needs of the client, try & resolve for key issues on the reports generated for them and deliver beyond expectations. We also proactively identify, troubleshoot & fix problems that arise in efficient functioning of the delivery platforms. 

Responsibilities: 

Create audience segments tailored to global stakeholder requirements.
Develop and manage third-party segments on platforms like Liveramp, Eyeota, and In-Market tools.
Create polygon-based custom audiences to meet specific business needs.
Utilize SQL queries in Postman for bulk polygon-based segment creation.
Compile and analyze performance, revenue, and analytical reports for business teams.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to investigate and resolve internal tool issues.
Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives, including project planning and execution.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and timely delivery of audience-related tasks.
Provide detailed documentation and knowledge sharing for cross-functional teams.
Stay updated on industry trends and suggest enhancements for audience management tools and processes.

Requirement: 

  • MBA/B.Tech or equivalent degree from a reputed institute with 2-3 years of work experience preferably in Ad-tech 
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills
  •  Good Analytical and Data handling skills
  • Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hands on experience in SQL, and Power BI
  • Quick learner, consistent in accuracy and possess the ability to handle and sustain high volumes
  • As part of the team, foster cohesion, demonstrate appreciation & exhibit equal participation to achieve team’s objectives
  • Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiples tasks under pressure
