Varonis is seeking a Delivery Manager to join its Engineering division and drive the execution of projects for the Varonis main SaaS product. Varonis believes in protecting data from the inside out, building an autonomous data security platform to reduce risk with minimal human effort. They foster an ultra-collaborative environment where brilliant people solve complex puzzles to keep data safe. The company operates on a flexible, hybrid model. As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee the delivery of the main SaaS product, ensuring efficient project execution and proactively addressing obstacles.

Must have:

Technology background
2+ years as R&D Team Leader/Project Manager/Delivery/QA
Understanding of R&D processes and methodologies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Experience in Agile matrix environments
Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
Ability to predict and prevent obstacles
Experience in process definition and implementation
Capacity to perceive fine details and overall perspective
Fluent in English

We are searching for a delivery manager to join our Engineering division. As a delivery manager you will drive the execution of our projects to the Varonis main SaaS product.

Requirements

Technology background and 2+ years of experience as a R&D Team leader/Technical Project Manager/Delivery/QA
Thorough understanding of R&D processes, methodologies, and best practices
Ability to work in a constant high speed rapid environment
Attention to details
Experience in managing projects in an agile matrix environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to motivate direct and indirect employees
Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head off obstacles
Experience in process definition and implementation
Capacity to perceive the finer details and the overall wide perspective
Fluent in English
