As the Digital Audio Sales Director, you will spearhead the digital audio sales strategy, aligning with Nine Radio's commercial goals. This includes identifying growth opportunities in podcast monetization, digital streaming, and programmatic audio. You will be responsible for driving revenue performance, leading direct and agency sales efforts, building strong relationships with media buyers and advertisers. You will collaborate with various teams to package and position digital audio inventory, championing innovation in audio formats, ad-tech, and data-driven selling. Additionally, you will lead and mentor the digital audio sales team, upskilling the broader sales force, and representing Nine Radio at industry events.

Day to day you will:
- Develop and execute the digital audio sales strategy aligned with Nine Radio’s commercial goals
- Identify growth opportunities in podcast monetisation, digital streaming, and programmatic audio
- Drive revenue performance for digital audio products and platforms, meeting or exceeding targets
- Lead direct and agency sales efforts, building strong relationships with media buyers and advertisers
- Collaborate with content, product, tech, and data teams to package and position digital audio inventory
- Champion innovation in audio formats, ad-tech, and data-driven selling
- Lead and mentor the digital audio sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Upskill the broader sales force on digital audio trends and capabilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders across digital, data, and radio divisions for integrated solutions
- Represent Nine Radio at industry events and forums, including CRA and IAB as needed
