Job Description

Tesla offers a Dual Master's program in Sustainable Battery Production Engineering (M.Eng.) at its Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg. This four-semester program alternates between theoretical university studies (SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences) and practical phases at the Gigafactory. The curriculum covers battery production fundamentals, measurement techniques, industrial networking, innovation trends, testing, and software development. Students will gain hands-on experience in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, leading to diverse employment opportunities after graduation. The program starts April 1st, 2025, and includes competitive compensation, a stock package, and 30 days of vacation.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Determination and assertiveness
Intercultural competence
Fluency in English
