The Editorial Services Associate Producer supports the Senior Editorial Producer and Facility Producer in daily operations. Responsibilities include project management across multiple projects, client communication, facility management (maintenance, scheduling, repairs, liaising with landlord), ensuring room cleanliness, coordinating purchasing, managing client onboarding and shipping, and overseeing project timelines and workflows. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and excellent communication skills. The position is onsite in Hollywood, CA.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Editorial Services Associate Producer will support the Senior Editorial Producer and Facility Producer with the day-to-day operations of the business. This role has a wide range of tasks across simultaneous, multiple projects, involving project management, client communication and organization. 
Position would be onsite Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm at our brand-new facility in Hollywood located on the Sunset Las Palmas Studios. 

MAIN DUTIES:
The Editorial Services Associate Producer will work closely with VP of Editorial Operations, Editorial and Facility Producer to curate overall client experience within the Hollywood facilities. They will work with the Editorial and Facility Producer to execute fulfillment of facility edit suites and offices, and schedule routine facility maintenance, identify acute facility needs, schedule appropriate repairs, communicating with landlord when needed. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Work with Facility Producer to ensure room cleanliness, maintenance and room turnovers  
  • Liaise between clients and operations for Facility and Editorial client requests  
  • Coordinate purchasing of facility needs and Engineering equipment needs 
  • Work with Editorial Producer to ensure new clients are prepared to work out of the facility  
  • Coordinate shipping for in-house, mobile clients and other Company 3 facilities  
  • Work with Editorial Producer to communicate with clients to go over timelines and workflows 
  • Communicate daily regarding status of all ongoing projects 

WHAT YOU BRING:
The ideal candidate will have prior working experience in an office environment and must be reliable and punctual. They must be proficient with MS Office, Teams, Google Docs and spreadsheets, and be meticulous, detail oriented, able to easily multitask, take initiative and be a self-starter. They will have a professional appearance and excellent demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to thrive in a bustling and creative environment. Additional desired skills include:
  • Able to handle multiple projects with different timelines 
  • Experience working with high level projects and clients 
  • Maintain a can-do, results oriented mentality; take ownership of both individual and team-based accountability towards results 
  • Strong time management skills 
  • Understanding of post-production workflow
