Responsibilities include conducting thorough research and summarizing findings, organizing seamless travel arrangements, managing communications with discretion, and taking ownership of small projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will be analytical, driven, a team player, and fluent in English and Italian. A few examples of your responsibilities

Support selected Spooners by handling both personal and professional errands, helping them stay focused on their strategic priorities.
Conduct thorough research on various topics relevant to the assisted Spooners, and distill findings into clear, concise reports.
Organize seamless travel experiences by coordinating transportation and accommodation for both business and personal trips.
Manage communications with discretion and efficiency, responding to requests promptly.
Take ownership of small projects from initial planning through to completion.
