An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Analyst to join the Civil Manufacturing Operations team in Derby.
This role will provide management accounting and leadership support to our Logistics Operations business in an efficient & timely manner, supported by standardised planning and reporting solutions, working closely with the Logistics Operations team, and the Finance Business Partner. This role will also deputise for the Finance Business Partner - HQ and Engineering in the Global Physical Logistics (GPL) business.

Within Civil Aerospace, the Manufacturing Operations business is responsible for the manufacture and supply of gas turbine subsystems and components through the product lifecycle, supporting Civil Widebody, Business Aviation and Defence Aerospace from a number of Manufacturing Business Units.
This role will support the Manufacturing Operations HQ team, with a focus on supporting the logistics business, ensuring the costs are understood, challenged, and allocated to the correct business area.

What you will be doing:
In this role you will be responsible for monthly actuals reporting including journal preparation, variance analysis, and preparing business review packs to present to the Logistics Operations business and Finance Business Partner.
