Job Description

The Geoscience Tester will be responsible for clarifying and analyzing customer requirements, providing consultations to the development team on the Oil&Gas domain, and conducting continuous and acceptance testing of the developed software. The software is a leading system in the Energy domain, covering all aspects of Oil&Gas production from geological exploration to production optimization. The role involves working with large volumes of geological data used for research, visualization, and interpretation by geologists and geophysicists. This position requires a strong understanding of testing principles and the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Must have:

Educational background in geosciences (geology or geophysics)
3+ years experience in Seismic interpretation and Velocity Modeling
Understanding testing principles and SDLC
Upper-Intermediate English

Good to have:

Oil&Gas domain work experience in seismic processing
Seismic Attribute analysis
Structural and Stratigraphic modeling

Developed product is the leading software system in Energy domain covering all aspects of Oil&Gas production from geological exploration to optimization of ongoing production. Our technology solution helps geologists and geophysicists to research, visualize and interpret large volumes of geological data.

Responsibilities

Skills
