We are hiring a Global Program Manager, Early Careers (Fixed Term) to expand our Early Career recruiting strategy & program globally for the next 12 months.

The Global Program Manager, Early Careers is responsible for building out and executing the Early Careers program at Scopely. Partnering with the business to identify demand and working with the Talent Teams to fulfill the demand. This person will also focus on university relationships, increasing employer branding and awareness at the university level to help Scopely identify & attract top talent from universities.

The Global Program Manager will be responsible for setting the foundation for the university intern program to build and evolve.

What You Will Do 

  • Develop an agile and scalable global program 
  • Measure and assess program effectiveness; generate reports and create data driven insights that represent the growth & success of early career programs
  • Work closely with Talent leaders, the Sr. Manager of Talent Attraction and the business to develop early career events and engagement opportunities on campus
  • Plan and implement Early Careers on-boarding and post hire engagement activities, events and group activities 
  • Serve as subject matter expert on strategy of all early career talent programs; socialize & present to key senior leaders and stakeholders to gain buy-in, including required investments
  • Partner with regional business leaders and Talent Team to assess Voice of the Customer and business internship needs, ensuring program alignment with Scopely priorities
  • Leverage existing Early Careers recruitment practices to develop a global end to end process
  • Coordinate with Talent Teams on full-cycle recruitment process for Early Careers talent
  • Work with internal teams to develop communications and engagements to increase program & employer brand recognition
  • Establish & foster relationships with student organizations, faculty, and Career Services at target campuses for future engagement
  • Plan, execute, and participate in campus recruiting activities

What We’re Looking For…

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in recruitment and at least 3 years supporting Early Careers Intern talent
  • Minimum 2 years leadership experience managing a recruiting team, leading recruiting operations or in a program management role
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and running Talent programs across multiple businesses or geographic locations
  • Proven stakeholder management expertise and an ability to liaise & influence various levels of management, including engaging with senior leaders across organizational departments and geographical cultures
  • Experience building new talent programs from the ground up, inclusive of stakeholder buy in and investment garnering
  • High-level of critical thinking and strategic mindset required; can adapt and pivot, as necessary
  • Excellent organizational, data analysis, project management skills
  • Understanding of regional talent markets complexities and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS tools, associated job boards and candidate platforms
  • Ability to travel up to 35% or as needed and attend both virtual and in-person recruitment events
