Job Description

The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from underrepresented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals. This role involves utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other online platforms to source potential candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical roles, executing effective sourcing strategies, screening resumes and profiles, conducting initial phone screenings, and building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
1 year experience in recruiting or related HR field
Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Ability to take initiative and be an independent thinker
Excellent project management and organizational skills

Good to have:

Passion for identifying and engaging talent

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
1 year experience in recruiting or related HR field.
Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Ability to take initiative and be an independent thinker.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a challenging environment.

Screen resumes and profiles to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate interest and gather preliminary information.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience.
