Job Summary

Job Description

The eCommerce Manager will oversee all aspects of the Disneystore.jp online store. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies based on sales data and forecasts to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue. This role requires close collaboration with various departments (marketing, merchandising, logistics, brick-and-mortar stores, and customer service) to achieve sales targets. The position involves planning and executing promotional campaigns, managing orders, handling customer inquiries, and improving product descriptions and images. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in online store management and a proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.

Must have:

7+ years online store management
Online store promotion planning & execution
Cross-departmental project collaboration
Teamwork, proactive, and self-starter
Excellent Japanese communication skills

Good to have:

Web analytics (Adobe, Google)
SEO knowledge & experience
Proficiency in MS Office, HTML, CSS
Adobe Creative Cloud skills
Business-level English (TOEIC 700+)

職務内容:

・売上実績と売上予測を基に販売戦略の策定を行い、顧客満足と売上最大化に貢献する

・関係部署(マーケティング/MD/ロジ/B&M/カスタマーセンター)と連携し、販売目標の達成に向けた取り組みを推進する

・販促企画・キャンペーン施策の立案・実行

・受注管理業務・ゲスト対応業務

・商品詳細テキスト、商品画像の改善

必須条件:

・オンラインストアにおける運営管理(7年以上)

・オンラインストア販促企画・キャンペーン施策の実行経験

・社内外の関係者と協働し、プロジェクトを推進した経験

・チームワーカーであること

・社内外の折衝・調整業務に対してプロアクティブ＆セルフスターターな方

・日本語：ビジネスレベル以上

望ましいスキル：

・Web分析ツール（Adobe analytics、Google analytics）分析経験

・SEO対策の知識・実行経験

・Excel、Power pointなど基本的なOfficeソフト

・HTML、CSS

・Adobe Creative Cloud(Photoshop CC、Illustrator CC、Dreamweaver CCなど)

・英語力：ビジネスレベル以上（TOEIC 700点以上）
