The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and be able to create compelling graphics and visual materials for our organization. The role will report to the Director of Supply Chain Communications &amp; Engagement.Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Create visually appealing designs for various digital and print media, including websites, social media, and presentations</li><li>Collaborate closely with HP’s Brand team to design concepts and execute them effectively</li><li>Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual communication across all design projects</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design work</li><li>Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li><li>Communicate effectively with executives to understand design requirements and provide creative solutions.</li></ul>Required qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Graphic Design</li><li>Strong background in visual design</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Strong project management skills, including the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Ability to create compelling graphics and visual materials</li></ul>Preferred qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with motion graphics and video editing software</li><li>Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles</li><li>Familiarity with HTML and CSS</li></ul>About HPInnovation is in HP’s DNA.
