As a Graphic Designer, BR, you will be a key member of the creative team, responsible for organizing and producing creative ideas and visual solutions across various platforms. You will ensure designs are executed with precision and excellence, aligning with Team Liquid’s brand guidelines, while also developing and updating design guidelines. You'll collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure design work aligns with broader strategic goals. This role also involves maintaining organized design file systems and asset libraries and staying updated with the latest design trends and industry standards. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
Must have:
  • 3+ years using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
  • Bachelor’s in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience
  • Strong understanding of design concepts and typography
  • Extensive experience with photo retouching
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with current design trends in esports and gaming
  • Fluent in English
Good to have:
  • Interest in esports, gaming culture, and brand alignment
  • Proficiency in Figma for design and collaboration
  • Experience with motion graphics, UI/UX, and/or 3D design
  • Familiarity with SEO for design and digital item design
  • Interest in Web3 and related technologies

As a Graphic Designer, BR, you’ll play a key role in our creative team, organizing and producing creative ideas and visual solutions across various platforms. This role focuses on executing designs while ensuring consistency and efficiency in delivering high-quality graphics for our brand, esports teams, marketing campaigns, and partnerships. You’ll work closely with senior designers, creatives, and the marketing team to bring Team Liquid’s visual identity and campaigns to life.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design high-quality graphics for various campaigns, including social media, branding, streaming visuals, event promotions, and more.
  • Ensure all designs are executed with precision and excellence, aligned with Team Liquid’s brand guidelines.
  • Uphold and evolve Team Liquid’s brand identity, ensuring visual consistency across all assets.
  • Develop and update design guidelines and documentation to maintain clarity and alignment within the team and with external partners.
  • Participate in design reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to creating a transparent feedback culture, maintaining open communication and fostering a growth mindset.
  • Partner with marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure alignment between design work and broader strategic goals.
  • Act as a design stakeholder in various campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain well-organized design file systems and asset libraries to ensure accessibility and efficient workflows.
  • Use tools like Adobe Libraries, Dropbox, and Google Drive to streamline the storage and organization of design files.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and developments in the esports and gaming industries.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and techniques to elevate Team Liquid’s design quality.
  • Organize and maintain design files using platforms like Adobe Libraries, Dropbox, and Google Drive, ensuring assets are accessible to the team.
  • Properly prepare and package files for various uses, including print production, digital use, social media distribution, and post-production needs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders via ClickUp, Slack, and email to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry standards in gaming and branding, adapting to new tools, techniques, and feedback.
  • Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. Keep ClickUp updated with the status of each project and track progress, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong familiarity of design concepts, typography, layout, and composition.
  • Extensive experience with photo retouching and preparing assets for multiple platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with current design trends, particularly in esports, gaming, and entertainment.
  • Fluent in English.

You'll Earn Bonus Points If You Have: 

  • Interest in gaining deeper insights into esports, gaming culture, and alignment with Team Liquid’s brand.
  • Proficiency in Figma for design templates and design collaboration
  • Experience with motion graphics, UI/UX, and/or 3D design.
  • Familiarity with SEO for design, particularly YouTube thumbnail strategies, and interest in digital item design (e.g., in-game skins).
  • Interest in Web3 and related technologies.

This is a position with a PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) type of contract.
