As Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for building and leading the sales and account management team in Malta, significantly impacting sales development. You will work closely with the Strategy department to implement market and product strategies and acquire revenue-generating customer relationships while expanding existing partnerships. Managing your team based on figures and sales KPIs, you will also monitor market and competition to inform strategy. A strong communicator and goal-oriented leader with a proven track record in building high-performance sales teams is essential. At least five years of experience in the iGaming industry is required, with a strong understanding of market knowledge and an established network. The ability to handle constructive conflict, negotiate effectively, and possess a can-do mentality are key. Experience in a hybrid, collaborative working model with high self-organization and self-reflection is also important.
